Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items: customized products, digital downloads, gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at support@iymall.com with your order number and issue.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
